Our Group is organised into two business segments comprising the following:

1. Offshore Support Vessels segment ("OSV")
   Vessel owning/leasing activities together with the provision of vessel chartering and ship management services to oil and gas related industries
2. Drilling rig operation segment ("Drilling")
   Jack-up drilling rig owning/leasing activities and provision of jack-up drilling rig for chartering and management services
3. Marine Transportation
   This segment comprises leasing of Tug and Barges, Bulk Carriers and related services
4. Others
   This segment comprises of investment holding and management services
